Yay! In the water! I was thinking maybe there’d be a bigger splash, but that woulda been unproductive! What I’d love to hear and see is the firing up of that diesel with Clay at the helm taking her out for a go about! In time. All said, she’s mighty yar!
Yes, in the water tied to a dock. Won’t be able to get out for a first sail for a couple of weeks. We’re waiting for our mast and booms to be painted and then installed. Wait for it!
Cool for sure, Dee! Quite a lifestyle change, but we are still riding bikes. They will be our primary land transportation as one of our sons is taking the truck we have here now.
Gorgeous boat!
I’m inspired and so happy for you. You “made” your dream come true. As Dr.Seuss says, “Oh The Places You Will Go.”
It’s still in the making, Jen. So much happening everyday!

Kim. This is the first I’ve heard of Sundown – but VERY excited for you and would love to hear the story! We should get together sometime.
Robin, we’re living on Sundown in Bellingham, WA, now! Let me know if you get up this way.
Kim and Clay,
How cool! All the best!
Dee
